At the CRDO Queso Manchego Foundation, we are responsible for certifying Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Queso Manchego and informing consumers about how to correctly identify the authentic product, ensuring its authenticity, origin, and quality.

Through our activities in control, certification, and promotion, we work closely with farmers, cheese producers, and industry operators to protect the Protected Designation of Origin and strengthen trust in both national and international markets.
