Will Han has over 15 years of experience in software development and consulting. Currently serving as a Java consultant at MFX Fairfax since June 2010, Will specializes in data and application production support within an integrated insurance environment, as well as project sizing, estimation, design, development, and software architectural review and enhancement. Previously, Will held the position of Senior Developer/Designer at Decisioning Solutions from September 2008 to July 2010 and has provided consultancy services at various organizations including Bank of Montreal, Telus Mobility, and several ministries in the government of British Columbia. Will’s extensive experience includes roles focused on software development, design, and project implementation.
