Ajit Isaac

Ajit Isaac has extensive experience in leadership and human resource management. Currently serving as Chairman of Quess Corp Limited since January 2009, Ajit previously held the position of Country Manager for India and the Middle East at Adecco India Private Limited from March 2000 to 2007. Earlier roles include Head of Human Resource Development at Infrastructure Development Finance Company Limited from 1997 to February 2000 and General Manager at Essar Investments Limited from 1991 to 1997. Ajit's career began as an Executive in HR at Godrej & Boyce Ltd from 1990 to 1991. Educational qualifications include a Managers for Leadership Course at the University of Leeds in 1996, a Master's Degree in Arts specializing in Personnel Management from the University of Madras in 1990, and a BA in Economics from Loyola College, Madras in 1988.
