Moby Jacob is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in food and beverage management. Moby held the position of F&B Supervisor at Holiday Villa Hotel and Residences from April 2009 to January 2011, contributing to the pre-opening of this MNC hotel in Doha. Previous roles include Senior Captain at Sheraton Bahrain Hotel, Senior Waiter at Royal Mirage in Dubai, and Restaurant Manager at Oriental Cuisines Pvt Ltd. Moby began the career as a Hotel Operations Trainee for six months, working in various departments at ITC Windsor Sheraton and Towers Bangalore and The South Park Trivandrum. Currently serving as Manager of F&B at Quess Corp Limited since April 2018, Moby holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Karnataka University, completed in 2002, and has an educational background that includes a pre-degree from Mahatma Gandhi University and secondary education from St. John High School.
