Ralph Gerhardt is currently the Captain of Customer Success at Quest 2 Excel. Ralph has also previously worked as a Solution Integration Specialist at Hewlett-Packard and NetApp.

Ralph has been in the technology industry for over 20 years. Ralph started their career at Hewlett-Packard in 1997 as a Solution Integration Specialist. In this role, Ralph managed the development of the business metric reporting solution for all business processes targeted for outsourcing within the finance business processes. Ralph was responsible for implementing all aspects of the solution design, development, and delivery of the solution, providing real-time access to business process execution results.

In 2006, Ralph left Hewlett-Packard to join NetApp as a Solutions Architect. In this role, they were responsible for designing, developing, and delivering solutions that met customer needs and objectives. Ralph also established an offshore development team in China that enabled 24/7 development and support at reduced costs.

Ralph has proven himself to be a successful and innovative leader in the technology industry. Their experience in managing and developing solutions for complex business processes makes him an asset to any organization.

Ralph Gerhardt has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business Information Systems from CSU at Chico. Ralph also has a minor in Business Administration from CSU at Chico. Ralph is certified as a ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance, Inc.
