Martin Luethi

Martin Luethi, Ph.D., currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Quest Analytics, LLC since February 2023 and is the Founder of Mobility Stream since January 2012. Luethi held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Strata Decision Technology from September 2016 to February 2023 and was the Chief Information Officer at Best Doctors via Rise Health acquisition from September 2014 to July 2016. Prior to that, Luethi served as Chief Information Officer at Rise Health from March 2013 to September 2014 and as Senior Director of Software Development at OptumInsight from April 2008 to March 2013. Experience also includes managerial roles in software quality at Picis and development of web-based systems at nuMedica, Inc. Luethi began academic research at the Institute of Information Systems before co-founding GraFX Media GmbH. Educational qualifications include an MS and Ph.D. in Information Systems from the University of Bern, Switzerland, along with studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and Universität Stuttgart-Hohenheim.
