Robby Schroeder

Robby Schroeder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and customer care, currently serving as Client Services Manager and previously as Client Services Consultant at Quest Analytics, LLC since December 2019. Prior to this role, Robby held various positions at Foot Locker, Inc. from February 2007 to November 2019, culminating as Customer Care Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing training operations and developing educational materials for staff across multiple locations. Additionally, Robby has a background as a Professional Photographer at Airbnb and served as Founder of Hitch, a transportation service. Robby’s career began in desktop publishing at OfficeMax. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in ICT with an Enterprise Technology Minor from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, complemented by studies at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
