Rose-Ann Hall has a diverse work experience spanning two companies. From 2013 to the present, they have been working at Quest Analytics, LLC. Rose-Ann'sroles at Quest Analytics include Senior Director of Business Development for Regional Payers, Client Growth & Success Manager, and Client Support Services. In these roles, they have assisted clients with running reports for regulatory compliance, conducted training sessions on various reporting and mapping techniques, responded to complex RFPs, and hosted webinars to educate users on CMS requirements. Prior to Quest Analytics, Rose-Ann worked at PRISM Marketing Services from 2006 to 2013 as an Inside Sales & Marketing Representative. At PRISM Marketing, they focused on providing customized marketing and sales solutions to acquire new customers, grow existing customer business, and analyze the competitive landscape.

Rose-Ann Hall attended Fox Valley Technical College from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Statistical Quality Management. Later on, from 2011 to 2014, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Lakeland University.
