Dwight Hood

Dwight Hood, CFA has over 20 years of experience in finance and treasury roles. Dwight began their career as a Currency Options Trader at Bank of America in 1994 before moving on to UBS Warburg as a Currency Salesperson in 1997. In 2000, they joined Dell Technologies as a Currency Risk Management and Share Repurchase Analyst. At Dell, they held various roles including Global Cash Manager, Director of Corporate Development and M&A, and Finance Director and FP&A Manager for Software & Peripherals. In 2013, they became the Treasury Director, focusing on Liquidity Management, Corporate Finance, and Investments. In 2016, they joined Quest Software as Treasurer and Vice President, where they built the Treasury Organization and implemented various treasury functions including cash forecasting, bank account management, capital markets and debt management, and policy creation. Dwight Hood has a deep understanding of finance and treasury operations, making him a valuable asset in any organization.

Dwight Hood, CFA, holds an MBA in Finance from Baylor University, which they obtained in 1992. Prior to that, they earned a BBA in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin in 1990. Dwight also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute.
