Ian Hancock

Ian Hancock started their career at Lucas Aerospace as a Software Engineer, where they gained experience in various departments and worked on developing tools. Ian then worked at Popkin Software/Telelogic Ltd as a Senior Software Developer, where they worked on full life-cycle development of the core application. Ian later joined IBM Rational Group/Telelogic Ltd, where they held various management roles, including Development Manager and Manager of Enterprise Architecture, and was responsible for software development, team collaboration, and HR management. Ian then joined Casewise as the CTO and later as a Development Manager/Strategy & Innovation Director, where they worked on managing the products and development team and introduced Agile Scrum development processes.
