Jeff Harris possesses extensive experience in customer success and technical support, currently serving as the VP of Customer Success and Support at Quest Software since November 2016, after holding positions such as Sr. Director of Global Technical Support and Director of Professional Services. In these roles, Jeff Harris is responsible for the strategy and delivery of professional services for Data Protection and Endpoint Systems Management solutions across North America, as well as the development of Global Support Services. Prior to Quest Software, Jeff Harris spent 20 years at Dell Inc., where responsibilities included managing Global Support Services for the Software Group and leading efforts in Tech Support and Services. Jeff Harris has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Texas Tech University, earned between 1991 and 1993.
