Kyle Didion has a diverse background in customer success and client services, beginning with a Sales Management Internship at Enterprise in 2016. Since then, Kyle has advanced to a Customer Success Manager position at S&P Global and is currently serving as Customer Success Manager II at Quest Software, where responsibilities involve enhancing AI-driven solutions for enterprises. Additionally, Kyle gained experience as a Leasing Manager at CA Ventures and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia, along with a Certificate in Sales and Customer Development from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.
