Lorne Fetzek

Lorne Fetzek has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lorne most recently worked at Quest Software, where they held multiple leadership positions, including President and Representative Director for the Greater China Region, Japan, and Republic of Korea. Lorne was responsible for overseeing the company's operations and strategies in these regions. Prior to that, Lorne worked as President of Japan at Software AG, leading a team that catered to enterprise customers' platform integration and IoT needs.

Before joining Software AG, Lorne served as the Area Vice President for Japan at Imperva, a market leader in SaaS cybersecurity solutions. In this role, they were responsible for driving sales team performance, strategy implementation, business development, and communication with stakeholders.

Lorne also gained experience working at other notable companies such as Proofpoint and Polycom, where they held managing director and executive director roles in Japan. Lorne was responsible for overseeing various aspects of these companies' operations, including sales, business development, and service provider operations.

Earlier in their career, Lorne worked at Verizon as a director and regional manager, focusing on alliance management, channel development, and conferencing services. Lorne also worked at Dell, where they established and managed the company's Global Segment business in Japan.

Lorne's career started at McCormick & Company, where they served as Director of the International Affairs Division for Stange (Japan) K.K.

Lorne Fetzek has a Master's in International Management (MIM) with a focus on Marketing and International Negotiation from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, which they obtained from 1990 to 1992. Lorne also has a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Miami University, which they completed from 1986 to 1990. As part of an exchange program, Lorne received a Certificate of Completion from Kansai Gaidai University in 1988-1989. Lorne Fetzek completed their high school education at Plano Senior High School from 1984 to 1986. In terms of additional certifications, Lorne obtained the BJT Business Japanese Proficiency Test Level J2 from The Japan Kanji Aptitude Testing Foundation in 2010 and the Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 2 from The Japan Foundation in 1999.
