Alain Bernard

Alain Bernard possesses extensive experience in human resources, with a career highlighted by leadership roles at Quest Diagnostics from August 2018 to January 2024, where Bernard served as Vice President and later Executive Director for Corporate HRBP in both Employee & Labor Relations and Talent Acquisition. Prior to Quest Diagnostics, Bernard was the US Head of Human Resources for AEGON N.V. and held several strategic HR positions at Bank of America, where responsibilities included oversight of global HR services and support for significant banking operations.
