Andrew Russo

Andrew Russo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in health care law. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Quest Diagnostics since January 2019, Russo provides legal counsel on complex commercial arrangements and manages regulatory and legal risks associated with various payor arrangements. Prior roles include Associate Health Care Attorney at Brach Eichler LLC and Associate Health Care and Pharmacy Attorney at Frier Levitt, LLC, along with legal internships at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York, and the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts. Andrew Russo holds a Juris Doctor with a concentration in Health Law from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and History from Franklin & Marshall College.
