Ashley Karam has over a decade of experience in client engagement, operations management, and business administration. Currently serving as Team Lead for Client Engagement at Quest Diagnostics since September 2014, Ashley manages day-to-day operations and relationships with clients, overseeing up to 25 complex programs. Previously held the role of Senior Client Engagement Specialist, managing an extensive portfolio averaging $7 million in revenue and 90 employer-sponsored programs simultaneously. Prior experience includes property management at Art Van Furniture, where oversight of over 80 properties and a $30 million budget was achieved, as well as event coordination and administrative duties in various roles. Additionally, Ashley has retail management experience as an Assistant Manager at Claire's Accessories. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Macomb Community College.
