Austin Brown, CSM, is a seasoned Senior Program Manager currently employed at Quest Diagnostics, where they oversee complex projects. Previously, they held leadership roles at companies including LiveArea, Merkle, and Pilaster Digital, where they managed high-risk projects and facilitated cross-functional collaboration. Austin began their career as a Project Manager at Stonemark and spent a decade at Best Buy For Business & Education as a Home Technology and Business Manager. They earned a degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Maryland Baltimore County after studying Computer Science at Anne Arundel Community College.
