Behnaz Dardashti

Behnaz Dardashti is currently a QA Director at Quest Diagnostics, where they have worked since 2012, having previously held the position of QA Manager. They have extensive experience in quality assurance and quality control, as well as skills in budgeting, regulatory compliance, training, root cause analysis, and assay validation. Prior to their role at Quest Diagnostics, Behnaz was a QA Manager at Specialty Laboratories from 1989 to 2009 and served as a Senior Supervisor at UCLA Medical Center from 2009 to 2012. Behnaz earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of Southern California between 1978 and 1985.
