Charisma Eaglin

Charisma Eaglin is an experienced Quality Systems Manager and Lean Six Sigma expert currently serving as the Director of Regional Compliance at Quest Diagnostics. With a robust background in compliance, Eaglin previously held the position of Forensic Compliance Officer at the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office, where they successfully achieved laboratory accreditation within six months of hire. Eaglin holds a BS in Biology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master of Public Health from Walden University, along with certifications in Lean Six Sigma.
