Con Moran

Con Moran is an experienced laboratory information systems consultant with a focus on Sunquest LIS. Con began a career in the healthcare sector as Assistant Laboratory Manager at Santa Marta Hospital from July 1991 to August 1998, followed by roles as LIS Manager at Brotman Medical Center and at AcelaBio, where the current focus is on establishing a state-of-the-art histopathology lab. Con served as a Professional Services Consultant at Sunquest Information Systems from April 2004 to November 2013 and later worked as a Lab Information System Consultant at Modis until March 2021. Con is currently contracted as a Sunquest LIS Contractor for Quest Diagnostics since September 2023. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Microbiology/Chemistry from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an MBA with a concentration in IT from the University of La Verne.
