Heather Mannings

Heather Mannings has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership roles in prominent organizations. At Quest Diagnostics, Heather served as Executive Director HR Business Partner and Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner for the Southwest Region from June 2021 to March 2025. Prior to this, Heather was the Director of HR Business Partner & Diversity & Inclusion Lead at Neovia Logistics between January 2019 and June 2021. Heather's career also includes a position as Senior Director of HR Operations at Integer Holdings Corporation from January 2017 to January 2019, and a role as Human Resources Business Partner at AmerisourceBergen from January 2011 to January 2017. Earlier experience includes HR roles at Schneider Electric. Heather holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Texas Woman's University and a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, Business and Management from Dallas Baptist University.
