Hope Leger

Hope Leger, PHR, currently serves as the Senior Benefits Manager in HR Shared Services at Quest Diagnostics since August 2025. Prior to this role, Hope accrued significant experience at LHC Group, serving in various capacities from HR Intern to Human Resources Operations Manager over a span of nearly two decades. In the latter role, responsibilities included overseeing the HR department, managing employee benefits, and coordinating Mergers & Acquisition activities. Additional expertise encompasses leading benefits teams, ensuring compliance in benefit administration, and developing systems for enhanced operations. Hope holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
