Jim Georgeson

Jim Georgeson is the Continuous Improvement Program Director at Quest Diagnostics, bringing over 15 years of experience in Engineering and Manufacturing Operations. As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, they have led teams in identifying waste and simplifying complex processes, contributing to significant improvements in quality, delivery, and productivity. Their previous roles include positions at ITT and Mark IV Gulton-Statham Transducers, where they enhanced operational efficiency and trained cross-functional teams in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Jim holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and an MS in Mechanical Design from the University of California, Berkeley.
