Joel Williams

Joel Williams is an experienced sales operations leader with a strong background in managing sales teams and operations across multiple companies. Since March 2013, Joel has held several leadership roles at Quest Diagnostics, including Director of Operations and Director of Account Management & Sales Operations, where responsibilities included executive reporting and sales team representation. Prior to this, Joel served as Associate Director of Physician Sales Support at MedPlus from March 2012 to February 2013. Joel's expertise encompasses sales operations management, salesforce.com management, lead qualification, and the development of innovative programs to support sales teams. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology from Miami University and has pursued further education at the National University of Singapore and the University of Cincinnati.
