Larry Litle

Larry Litle is an experienced regulatory affairs professional with a career spanning over three decades. They served as the Global Regulatory CMC at Johnson and Johnson from 2014 to 2025, leading regulatory program management and overseeing Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Control teams. Before that, they held various leadership roles, including Sr. Director at McNeil Consumer Healthcare and Director at Baxter Healthcare Corporation, focusing on strategic regulatory initiatives and team development. Litle earned a BS in Chemistry and Biology, along with an MBA in Management from Avila University, and currently holds the position of Executive Director at Quest Diagnostics, providing strategic leadership for regulatory strategy and submissions for IVD products.
