Larry Tsao

Larry Tsao is a specialist in hematopathology currently serving as the Chair of the Department of Pathology at Optum since 2021. They previously held multiple positions at Quest Diagnostics from 2012 to 2015, including Associate Medical Director and Senior Staff Pathologist, among others. Larry’s earlier roles include Associate Staff at Cleveland Clinic and Clinical Fellow at the University of New Mexico. They completed their MD at the State University of New York Downstate Health Sciences University from 1997 to 2001 and earned a BS in Biological Sciences at the University at Buffalo from 1993 to 1997.
