Leslie Jefferson

Leslie Jefferson is currently a Senior HR M&A Manager at Quest Diagnostics, where they support HR due diligence and employee integration. Prior to this role, Leslie served as Global HR Integration Director at Zimmer Biomet, leading HR M&A due diligence and employee integration efforts. They held various strategic HR positions at Xerox, including Human Resources Business Partner and Total Rewards Business Operations and Relationship Manager, where they drove workforce transformation and implemented HR initiatives for Finance and IT functions. Leslie also has extensive experience in Environment, Health, and Safety and was recognized as a Global Mobility Rising Star. They are pursuing a Master's in Health and Safety at the University of Minnesota-Duluth while holding a BS in Biology with an English minor from the College of Saint Benedict/St. John's University.
