Lydia Tsai

Lydia Tsai is currently the Director of Business Development at Quest Diagnostics, where they focus on transforming scientific potential into market reality. They previously held roles at Bio-Techne and Abcam, managing teams and developing partnerships in the diagnostics and pharmaceutical sectors. Earlier in their career, Lydia worked as a Project Manager at Epitomics and as a Research Associate at Pan Pacific Pharmaceuticals, where they co-invented an antiviral assay. Lydia earned a Ph.D. in Integrative Biology from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and a B.A. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
