Mark Bell

Mark Bell currently serves as the Senior Director of Field Services in ITSD and M&A Technical Operations at Quest Diagnostics, a position held since November 2014. In this role, Mark leads Technical Operations for mergers and acquisitions while overseeing Field Services and the IT Service Desk. Previous titles at Quest Diagnostics include Director of IT Field Services, where Mark managed an international team focused on various support functions, and Director of IT Business Relationship Management for the Southwest Region, responsible for aligning IT support with business operations to maintain a significant revenue stream. Mark also has experience as a Director of Onsite Implementation Technicians at Control Chief Corporation from January 2011 to January 2017 and serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the same company.
