Digital Product Manager

Mark Hamilton has extensive experience in telecommunications and digital product management, currently serving as a Digital Product Manager at Quest Diagnostics since October 2001, where responsibilities include building and supporting Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems. Previously, Mark held roles such as Manager of Call Center Operations and Voice Engineer, successfully completing a 22-site virtual Private Branch Exchange (PBX) project and managing numerous voice circuit orders.
