Monte Willis

Monte Willis, MD, MBA, serves as the Associate Medical Director at Quest Diagnostics and has held various prominent roles in the field of pathology. Previous positions include Consulting Pathologist for the U.S. Department of State, Clinical Pathology Medical Director and Interim Laboratory Director of Operations at Allegheny Health Network, and Laboratory Director and Consulting Pathologist at Absolute Genomics. Monte also contributed to academia as Vice-Chair of Research in the Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine, Director of the Indiana State Newborn Screening Laboratory, and Deputy Director at the Indiana Center for Musculoskeletal Health. Monte holds a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Strategy from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and completed a residency in Clinical Pathology at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
