Shaochun Bai

Shaochun Bai, Ph.D., FACMG CGMB, is currently the Director of Genetics at Quest Diagnostics. Previously, Shaochun served as the Director of Molecular Genetics Laboratory at Northwestern Reproductive Genetics, where they established the lab and implemented a wide range of molecular tests. Shaochun held positions at Indiana University as Educational Director for the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics and Director of the Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory, before moving on to roles at Detroit Medical Center and GeneDx as a Technical Director and Associate Director respectively. Shaochun received a Ph.D. in Human Genetics from Shanghai Brain Institute at CAS and completed a Clinical Fellowship at The University of Chicago.
