Sheetal M has extensive experience as a Scrum Master, prominently working with organizations such as AT&T, Quest Diagnostics, State Farm, Mindbody INC, and Abbott Laboratories. Since January 2020, Sheetal has led Agile teams, enhancing team productivity by 20% at AT&T and facilitating key Scrum ceremonies to promote self-sufficiency and collaboration among team members. With a solid foundation in Agile methodologies, including the implementation of Scrum practices and DevOps initiatives, Sheetal has consistently empowered teams to optimize value delivery, establish working agreements, and effectively manage dependencies and risks.
