Terry Frank

Terry Frank is a retired Research and Development Manager at Quest Diagnostics, where they managed laboratory functions related to clinical toxicology from 1985 to 2016 and continued in their management role from 2016 to present. They possess extensive experience in the hospital and healthcare industry with expertise in CAP, Lean Process Improvement, and Six Sigma. Terry began their career as a Toxicology Technologist at Pittsburgh Criminalistics and held various positions in the forensic and clinical toxicology fields, including roles at the Allegheny County Crime Lab and Penn Analytical. Terry earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
