Tony Barton

Tony Barton currently serves as Vice President of Strategy and Portfolio Management at Quest Diagnostics, a role commenced in January 2025. Previously, from April 2022 to January 2025, Tony held the position of Senior Vice President at Oak Street Health, where responsibilities included creating scalable operations to support the delivery of technology products and services. Prior to this, Tony was an Executive Director and Agile Transformation Leader at JP Morgan Chase from April 2008 to April 2022, leading transformation and delivery teams while managing a strategic portfolio focused on client and employee solutions. Earlier experience includes roles at GE Partnership Marketing Group, where Tony served as IT PMO Leader and Chief IT Security Officer. Tony holds a BA in Accounting from DePaul University and an AA in Accounting from Harper College.
