Brad Manning has extensive experience in quality management and engineering, currently serving as Quality Manager at Quest Global since November 2007. In this role, Brad drives continuous improvement initiatives using ACE operating system, Six Sigma, and Lean principles while managing the Quality Management System and performing audits. Prior to Quest Global, Brad held various engineering roles at Zygo Corporation from October 2003 to October 2005, including Project Engineering Group Lead and Project Engineer, and worked as an Engineer at RSL Fiber Systems LLC from June 2002 to October 2005, focusing on optical and mechanical design for remote lighting systems. Brad's technical foundation is supported by an Associate of Science degree in Laser and Optical Engineering from CT State Three Rivers, earned between 2000 and 2002.
