Jeff Fischer

Jeff has more than 34 years of experience in operations, sales, and program management in aerospace, engineering services, and engineering software industries. He started his career with GE Aviation, where he was a design engineer, analyst, and technical lead engineer. Following this, Jeff joined Belcan Corporation, an outsourcing engineering firm, where he held varied roles such as project manager, account manager, COO, and finally, the President of their Engineering Division. As President, Jeff had full P&L responsibility for 2200 employees across 12 offices.

Jeff holds a MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and a BS in Physics from Thomas More College.
