Nisha progressed to Senior Software Test Engineer at NeST before taking on the role of Test Lead, focusing on developing comprehensive test plans and troubleshooting issues in the field from May 2010 to August 2011. Following this, Nisha served as QA & QC Manager at Neologix Software Solutions from September 2011 to October 2022, overseeing all quality control activities and managing stakeholder relationships.
