Santhosh Reddy is a Senior RTL Design Engineer with over four years of experience in ASIC and SoC front-end design, specializing in RTL design, CDC analysis, and low-power methodologies. Currently at Quest Global, Santhosh leads complex SoC designs, achieving significant reductions in CDC violations and automating sign-off processes. Previously, at Chipspirit, they contributed to SoC-level RTL integration and implemented low-power design strategies. Santhosh holds a Master of Technology in VLSI Design and Embedded Systems and has been recognized for outstanding performance in RTL and SoC integration at AMD.
