With 20 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, Douglas has worked with large firms, KForce, small firms, Stafftopia, and his own firm, Captoris. He has recently been working with companies trying to solve the technical riddle of how to use technology to create efficiencies for recruiters in order to make more placements, faster. Working with Indeed, Douglas helped to create Indeed Hire. At Job.com he was the Strategist for the core technical product, Always on Recruiter.
