Brandon Whyte has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, beginning as a Well Testing Operator at Vause Oil Production from November 2013 to November 2014, where responsibilities included well testing and flow back operations following hydraulic fracture treatments. This was preceded by an internship as an Undergraduate Mechanical Engineer at Todd Energy in late 2012. Brandon's career progressed at Kinetic Well Services New Zealand Ltd, serving as a Wireline Engineer from June 2015 to April 2021, focusing on cased hole Wireline and Electric line field operations. Subsequently, Brandon held multiple roles at MPC Kinetic from April 2019 to April 2021, including Wireline Technical Advisor, Business Development Lead, and Account Manager (Oil and Gas Australia). Currently, Brandon is a Technical Advisor - Well and Pipeline Integrity at Quest Integrity since June 2023. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from AUT University and training through the American Petroleum Institute and the Petroleum Skills Association.
