Igor Rogov

Igor Rogov has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Igor started their career at Cellocator Ltd. in 2001, where they served as the Head of the engineering group. Their responsibilities included system engineering, QA, pre/post-sale support, and technical documentation.

In 2007, Igor joined Pointer Telocation Ltd. as the Chief System Engineering, where they led system engineering and integration teams. Igor was also responsible for real-time system architecture, research and deployment of new technologies, and product certification. Later, they became the VP of R&D at Pointer Telocation, overseeing the development cycle of vehicle/asset location systems for security, safety, and fleet management services.

In 2019, Igor joined PowerFleet Inc. as the Vice President of Engineering. Igor headed the development of new hardware products for logistics, industrial, and fleet management markets. Igor efficiently managed multi-national and multi-location teams using agile execution.

Currently, Igor is the Director of Product Management at Questar Auto Technologies. Igor leads the product management of the hardware/firmware line of products. Their responsibilities include analyzing business challenges and technical requirements, translating business needs into prioritized epics and features, and guiding development, operation, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Igor Rogov's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Ariel University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1996 and received a Pract. Engineer degree in Electronics. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ariel University, completing it from 2013 to 2015.
