Mark Phipps

Mark Phipps is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and pastoral roles. Currently self-employed since September 2019, Mark also serves as a Senior Program Manager at Questar Assessment Inc. since March 2012, and has held various roles within the same organization, including Program Manager, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Customer Service Representative. In addition, Mark has contributed to the Memphis Tabernacle as an Associate Pastor since March 2018 and was an Assistant Pastor at Hope Temple Foursquare Church from June 2005 to January 2018. Mark’s early career includes roles at Everett's Meats and Grocery and a music department assistant position at Life Pacific College. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Bible/Biblical Studies from Life Pacific College, completed in 2005.
