Currently serving as the Head of Bid Management at Questax, Michael established the company's first dedicated bid office, leading a team that efficiently manages multiple complex bids. Previously, Michael held various roles at Questax, including Head of Analytics & Services and Senior Manager of Consultant Relations, where strategic recruitment and project leadership were pivotal during evolving client demands. Michael's career began with positions in sales and customer service, complemented by a solid educational foundation in International Business from SRH University and Coventry University.
