Spencer Simon

Spencer Simon is a data analyst at QuestBridge. Spencer previously worked as a data science corps member with the NYC Department of City Planning, where they improved data access and usability by piloting an enhanced data ecosystem in Google Cloud Platform.

Spencer was selected as part of the inaugural Summer 2021 cohort of the Civic Innovation Corps, a Coding it Forward internship program that connects mission-driven software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and designers to civic tech opportunities in city and state governments across the United States.

Spencer has also worked as a tutor with the Office of Special Programs at the University of Chicago. Spencer holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Chicago.

Spencer Simon completed a Master of Science in Data Analytics at the University of Chicago and a Master of Arts in Teaching at Relay Graduate School of Education. For their undergraduate degree, Spencer Simon studied Mechanical Engineering at Northwestern University, with minors in Computer Science and Cognitive Science.
