Dan Kormylo

Sr. Business Development Manager at Questco

Dan Kormylo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dan began their career in 2003 as an Escrow Officer at First American Title, where they sold residential and commercial title insurance policies and provided all title services in both English and Spanish. In 2004, they co-founded The Good Samaritan Urgent Dental, a start-up urgent dental clinic aimed at providing higher quality dental care at an affordable price. Dan organized and trained dentists and staff on billing, reimbursement, and coding procedures and also recruited and trained local dentists on company structure, office management, and marketing.

In 2010, Kormylo joined V3 Systems as the Director of Strategic Alliances. Dan played a crucial role in the creation and development of key OEM partnerships, including VMware, Microsoft, Teradici, Nvidia, Intel, and Fusion-io. Additionally, they oversaw the development of V3's initial cloud managed service for city government and retail. Alongside their work at V3 Systems, Kormylo co-founded a group of small successful dental clinics in South Carolina.

In 2013, Kormylo joined ADP as a Workforce Technology Consultant. Dan leveraged their expertise in business outsourcing solutions to provide HR, payroll, tax, and benefits administration solutions to clients. Dan worked at ADP for seven years until 2020.

Most recently, in 2021, Kormylo joined Questco Companies as a Senior Business Development Manager. In this role, they are responsible for driving business growth and establishing strategic partnerships.

Dan Kormylo completed their undergraduate education from 2006 to 2010 at Westminster College. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
