Dean Ryan

Dean Ryan is an experienced business professional with a robust background in sales growth, development, and education. Currently serving as the Manager of Sales Growth & Support at Questco Companies since September 2024, Dean has a commitment to advocating for small businesses through comprehensive HR services. Prior to this role, Dean held various positions including Director of Business Development at Clear Path Home Care, where a focus on elevating standards in the home care industry was paramount, and also worked as a Business Education Teacher at Georgetown ISD, sharing business principles with high school students. Dean's extensive experience includes previous roles such as National Business Development Manager and Strategic Business Consultant at Questco and Oasis, respectively, while also contributing at Insperity, Cimarron Inc., and Overhead Door Corporation in various capacities. Dean holds a BBA in Finance from Lamar University and has a foundational background from service in the United States Navy.
