Maggie Martin has worked in various companies and held several roles over the years. Maggie started as a District Manager and Client Solution Specialist at ADP in 2013, where they developed and executed sales strategies for HR and payroll solutions, mined existing and prospective clients for referral business, and cross-sold to an existing client base. Martin worked as a Senior Client Liaison and a Business Performance Advisor at Insperity from 2015 to 2022; in these roles, they defined a relationship strategy, engaged regularly with clients to translate their business strategies into human capital opportunities, identified value-added opportunities, and sold solutions for complex HR needs to small and mid-sized businesses. From 2022 to 2023, they worked for Force Management as a Talent Manager, where they led the development of company-wide human capital strategic initiatives, created and managed new hire onboarding and enablement programs, and managed employee performance management programs with an emphasis on the employee experience. Currently, Martin is a Strategic Sales Consultant at Questco Companies.
