Todd Starkey

Todd Starkey has a wealth of experience in business development, human resources, and sales. Todd is currently working as a Business Development Manager at Questco Companies. Previously, they held the position of Business Development Consultant at Tandem HR, where they provided HR, benefits, payroll, and risk management strategies to growing businesses. Before that, Todd served as a Strategic HR Advisor at The QTI Group, where they offered a full-service PEO to Wisconsin based businesses. Todd also worked as a Certified Business Performance Advisor at Insperity and as a District Manager - Resource ASO at ADP TotalSource. Todd's earlier experiences include being the President of Priority Payroll Services and serving as a Regional Sales Manager at Mirapoint Inc, Jetstream Communications, and 3Com/U.S. Robotics, where they focused on sales activities in the Western U.S.

Todd Starkey attended Carthage College, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration, with a field of study in Business and Economics. Todd Starkey also attended the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, from 2015 to 2016, where they studied to become a Certified Business Performance Advisor in Business Administration and Management.
