Anna Sikora

Anna Sikora is the Group Head of Finance at Questel, a position they have held for 2 years and 7 months. Prior to Questel, Anna worked at Virbac for 12 years and 11 months, where they held positions such as Financial Controlling Director, Business Controlling Manager, and Reporting consolidation manager. As Business Controlling Manager, Anna was responsible for the implementation and analysis of Business performance indicators and leading planning cycles in the Business area. Anna also implemented a BI system on Sales and Margin, and led a team of 3 people. In their role as Reporting consolidation manager, Anna was responsible for the consolidation of monthly management reporting (P&L, inventories, CAPEX, etc.), consolidation of group forecasts and budgets, and analysis of group financial indicators and communication to the Board. Prior to Virbac, Anna worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Accounting Auditor for 2 years and 10 months. In this role, they were responsible for auditing accounts, mainly of Industrial and Pharmaceutical companies, both affiliates of groups and consolidated accounts. Anna also audited internal control procedures (SOX).

Anna Sikora has a Master's degree in Economics / Finance from Sciences Po, a Master's degree in Translation from Kiev Linguistics University, and they have also completed a 6-month exchange program at The George Washington University.
